FAQ

HOW DOES PORTABLE DENTISTRY WORK?

We bring a full dental set-up and sterilization process that allows us the capability to perform any dental procedure in the comfort of your facility or home.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

If you do have insurance, as a courtesy we will submit your insurance claim to your insurance company. We do collect for all services up front at the time the services are rendered. Your insurance company will then send you a reimbursement for the amount they cover for the dental services provided.

DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICAID/MEDICARE?

Medicare typically does not cover general dentistry. We are currently not a medicare provider.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Call, email or request an appointment on our website. All of our new patient forms are digital. Once we have your information, we will follow-up with you and provide you all the necessary forms to fill out before we see you for your first appointment.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU COME TO OUR RETIREMENT HOME?

We typically come every 3 months for periodic exams and cleanings. If you would like your love one to be seen, we can schedule a time to come regardless if we are scheduled to go to that facility or not. We will also schedule any procedures on an as needed basis.

WHAT IF THERE'S AN EMERGENCY?

We will provide emergency services for our established patients. If it is a true emergency 911 should be contacted. Our goal is to provide preventative care so that most emergencies can be avoided, but in the event of a toothache our team will provide services as quickly as possible.

How much does it cost?

The first appointment will be $250 which includes a full mouth series of x-rays, comprehensive exam, cleaning, and a fluoride treatment. From there we come up with a customized treatment plan for each individual.
